A Ford F-550 turned into a six-wheeled premium off-road motorhome (photos)

An extreme off-road motorhome based on the Ford F-550 was unveiled in the U.S. The project, called the Ford Bedrock XT2, combines the engineering expertise of Krug Expedition with that of the legendary Icelandic company Arctic Trucks, known for preparing vehicles for the harshest conditions.
Specifications of the Ford Bedrock XT2 Motorhome

This unique 6x6 off-road motorhome is built on the Ford F-550 Super Duty pickup truck chassis. For the project:

The frame was extended to 8.2 meters and a third axle was added;

The cargo bed was completely replaced with a living module featuring premium finishes;

The suspension was reinforced, ground clearance was increased, and off-road tires with fender flares were installed.

Interior and Features
Inside, the Ford Bedrock XT2 offers all the comforts needed for long expeditions:

A full kitchen: electric stove, oven, sink, and refrigerator;
