A luxury motorhome with a spa zone: the $2.8 million Newell 1849 gets a sauna, a jacuzzi and a premium interior

The American company Newell Coach has unveiled one of the world’s most expensive motorhomes—the Newell 1849 model, which has essentially become a full-fledged mobile spa. The new luxury motorhome is priced at $2.8 million, and its features and level of comfort take the premium motorhome segment to a whole new level.

The Newell 1849 is built on a 13.7-meter-long three-axle bus with a powerful 785-l.s. engine and extendable side sections that increase living space when parked. The main feature of this new model is a full-fledged spa area in the rear of the motorhome.

It features:

• a Jacuzzi tub;

• a sauna;

• a glass-enclosed shower stall;

• designer floor tiles.

These features transform the motorhome into a true mobile wellness center, designed for long trips with the highest level of comfort.

The Newell 1849’s interior features a spacious living area with plush armchairs and sofas, as well as an electrically operated folding table. The kitchen area is fully equipped with appliances:

• a cooktop and sink;

• refrigerator;

• microwave and oven;

• air fryer;

• dishwasher.

The motorhome is designed for four people and features wide beds. The interior is finished with genuine leather, high-quality fabrics, and wood, and is complemented by designer furniture and adjustable LED lighting.

• premium audio system.

The motorhome’s electrical system is powered by lithium batteries with a capacity of 1,620 Ah, as well as by solar panels on the roof. A large 541-liter water tank—expandable to 681 liters—is provided to power the spa area.

These features allow the Newell 1849 to remain away from infrastructure for extended periods and use all of the motorhome’s functions without connecting to external power sources.
