A new electric car from Chery could rival the Tesla Model 3, offering a Duster-level price

The Chery Fulwin E05 is a 4.8-meter-long electric sedan with an aerodynamic design. Its interior features unique elements, such as a refrigerator and a perfume dispenser.
The new Chery Fulwin E05 was unveiled at the Chengdu Auto Show. This affordable D-segment electric sedan will go on sale by the end of the year at a price starting at approximately 150,000 yuan ($21,000)—on par with the Duster. This was reported by the website CarNewsChina.

The Chery Fulwin E05 electric car is 4.8 meters long and has a 2.9-meter wheelbase, making it an affordable alternative to the Tesla Model 3. The sedan features an elongated, streamlined silhouette with a sloping roofline, a distinctive “nose,” and narrow LED headlights. The top-of-the-line version comes equipped with original 20-inch wheels fitted with 245/45 R20 Pirelli tires. The interior is trimmed with faux suede and aluminum and features a compact digital instrument panel and a large touchscreen. The multimedia system supports artificial intelligence. The front seats can be folded flat to form a bed. The
car also features a panoramic sunroof and wireless charging for smartphones. Among the unusual options are a refrigerator and a perfume diffuser.

The specifications of the Chery Fulwin E05 remain a mystery for now. It is known that the model will be available in both a fully electric version and a variant with a gasoline motor-generator.
Incidentally, a large, Range Rover-style electrified crossover with three rows of seats recently joined the Chery Fulwin lineup.
