The Ukrainian auto market continues to shift toward crossovers and electric cars. In July 2025, Ukrainians purchased 6,400 new cars, and more than 80% of them were models with increased ground clearance. These figures were released by the Ukravtoprom association.

Who’s losing ground
The Toyota RAV4, previously one of the most consistent sales leaders, has dropped to third place in the rankings, giving way to the new favorite—the BYD Song Plus electric crossover.
