Chinese makers have just this segment left to conquer: photos of the first Avatr convertible have appeared
Spy shots of the Avatr 06 convertible have surfaced online. The photos show a convertible based on the Avatr 06 sedan, which Avatr announced just a few days ago.
It features a four-door design—rare for a convertible—and lacks B-pillars. According to carnewschina, this design compromises the overall structural rigidity of the body.

The convertible is expected to have the same dimensions as the standard Avatr 06 sedan: 4,855 mm long, 1,960 mm wide, and 1,450–1,467 mm tall. The wheelbase is 2,940 mm. The convertible may feature either an all-electric or a hybrid powertrain, but no details are available yet.

The Avatr 06 features Huawei’s Qiankun ADS 3.0 driver assistance system and HarmonyOS for its infotainment system.

Production and sales of the Avatr 06 lineup are expected to begin in early 2025, with prices starting at $30,000.
