More than 50 elite cars such as Ferrari, Maserati and Aston Martin have been registered in Ukraine since the start of this year.
Since the beginning of 2024, service centers of the Ukrainian Ministry of Internal Affairs have registered about 50 luxury cars. Ukrainian millionaires are showing particular interest in luxury supercars and sports cars.

Although car sales in Ukraine have halved compared to 2021, demand for luxury cars has reached—and in some cases exceeded—pre-war levels from three years ago, according to Ekonomicheskaya Pravda.

Ukrainian millionaires are actively buying luxury supercars and sports cars. For example, entrepreneur Oleksandr Slobozhenko boasted on social media about purchasing a McLaren 720S Spider worth about $300,000 during the war.

Blogger and crypto investor Dmitry Khitsenko also purchased a new Lamborghini Huracan supercar for $280,000 and a BMW i8 hybrid coupe for $100,000.

In 2023, crypto billionaire Mikhail Romanenko purchased a Bugatti Bolide supercar for $4.6 million and also became the owner of the even more exclusive Bugatti Centodieci, which costs over $10 million. Only 10 such cars were produced in total.

Meanwhile, as the publication notes, not a single Bugatti has been registered in Ukraine to date, although a Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse WRC with foreign registration has been spotted on the streets of Kyiv on multiple occasions.

How many ultra-luxury cars have been registered in Ukraine since the beginning of 2024?

According to the publication, the number of new registrations of luxury cars in 2024 exceeded the figures for the same period in 2021. Since the beginning of 2024, approximately 50 luxury cars have been registered at service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.

More than 50 elite cars such as Ferrari, Maserati and Aston Martin have been registered in Ukraine since the start of this year.

The most expensive cars on the list were:

  • 7 Maserati Ghibli (estimated value of $215,000);
  • 5 Bentley Continental GTs (priced at $220,000 each);
  • 3 2024 Rolls-Royce Spectre (priced at $440,000).

However, an increasing number of supercars and sports cars in Ukraine are being registered for the first time as used vehicles, which reduces their price by 20–40%. Currently, the number of such used cars has increased by 30%.

As a reminder, on September 6, it was reported that a stylish British sports car powered by a Toyota Camry engine had appeared in Ukraine. A new Lotus Emira—the first such sports coupe in the country—was spotted in Kharkiv.
