The all-new Yamaha Yard Built XSR900

The Yamaha Yard Built motorcycles from the USA lineup is a great concept. And these aren't empty words, because the manufacturers work with custom builders to make their product as personalized as possible.

The design philosophy of the latest model lies in rethinking these two-wheeled vehicles. This build is called the CP3 and is a custom XSR900. It's all tied to the cars of the '70s and '80s and the feeling of a «concept motorcycle». The company also took care of feedback and gathering information about needs. As a result, Yamaha got an improved shape with individual tuning, without cutting the frame or making any major changes. The front brake discs have been upgraded to Behringers, and the exhaust to Termignoni. The front fender, tank, seat, tail, as well as additional carbon-fibre caps are finished in dark blue. Thus, the final custom product is not only a beautiful bespoke motorcycle, but also many parts that will become available to the general public after the XSR900 is released.

Each element is designed for easy installation by the customer. The point of the build is to show how easy it is to customize a motorcycle and to provide the customer with parts to make their own adjustments. The parts are available as a complete kit or as separate bolt-on parts, depending on the customer's wishes.
