Модель с турбомотором на 1000 лошадиных сил создана в единственном экземпляре для легендарного тюнинг-шоу SEMA 2024 в Лас-Вегасе.
Проект стал демонстрацией возможностей премиального подразделения Infiniti Performance Engineering и призван показать, что QX80 способен составить конкуренцию Mercedes-AMG G63 и даже суперкарам.
Infiniti QX80 R-Spec: 1000-сильный двигатель от Nissan GT-R Nismo
Главная особенность QX80 R-Spec — это двигатель 3.8 V6 twin-turbo от культового Nissan GT-R Nismo, специально доработанный для внедорожника.
После установки новых турбин, выхлопной системы и усиленной топливной архитектуры его мощность выросла до 1000 лошадиных сил, а крутящий момент превышает 1100 Н·м.
Таким образом, Infiniti QX80 R-Spec стал самым мощным внедорожником в истории бренда и одним из сильнейших SUV в мире.
Новый уровень управления и тормозов
Механики не ограничились заменой двигателя.
От GT-R Nismo также позаимствовали карбоново-керамические тормоза диаметром 390 мм, обеспечивающие высочайшую эффективность замедления.
Кроме того, внедорожник оснастили:
спортивной подвеской Eibach с адаптивными амортизаторами;
электронным задним дифференциалом для точного распределения крутящего момента;
Новый Infiniti QX80 R-Spec получил экстремальный карбоновый обвес, массивный задний спойлер, расширенные колесные арки и четыре выпускные трубы.
На 24-дюймовые диски установили шины Yokohama Parada Spec-X, а кузов окрасили в глубокий фиолетовый цвет R-Spec Purple.
